As both a software developer and a small business owner, Chris Davies understood the payroll problem from both sides. Existing payroll solutions were either too expensive, too complex, or designed for large enterprises. Not for an owner paying a handful of employees every two weeks. That thinking became BizStubs, a self-serve payroll platform built for small business owners.

Business owners run their own payroll, pay employees directly, and deposit their payroll taxes themselves. BizStubs handles everything in between: Social Security, Medicare, and federal/state income tax calculations using current IRS and state tables, pay stub generation, W-2 forms, and tax liabilities summaries.
